Berlin start-up, backed by Toni Kroos among others.

Rental cars delivered to the customer. And dispatch that no longer lives on the phone.

On day one: the whole rental business was meant to run digitally, down to the hand-over and return form.

I built two interfaces sharing one set of data:

Dispatch in the office. Every job is a card: planned, on the way, done. Assign drivers, see punctuality, driver chat right next to it.
The driver app on the phone. Daily tasks with address and time window; accept or decline new jobs with one tap.
Everything per booking in one place: hand-over and return with place and time, battery, fuel and location of the car, plus receipts, damage and reports.

ENTRY 02 · HAUSVERWALTUNG VASALI · REAL ESTATE · 2024

Water damage, noise complaint, expiring lease. Now it all lands in one place.

On day one: every issue sat with whoever happened to pick it up. Nobody had clear responsibilities.

I built a tool for the property manager’s daily work:

A manager dashboard for the phone: urgent repairs, complaints, expiring leases, inspections and outstanding rent, each with a button for the next step.
Repair orders with status, unit, priority, assigned technician and cost.
An overview of properties, occupancy and incoming rent, plus listings for vacant units.

ENTRY 03 · WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY · SPRING 2024

Upload a photo, grab a coffee, the post is done.

On day one: the owner wrote every post herself, 20 minutes each.

I built a small newsroom that never sleeps:

Upload a photo from phone or laptop, plus a line of context such as place or names.
The AI writes the post, with hashtags for the agency and for each couple.
Approve with one click. Every post gets its slot in the queue and goes out automatically.

This app lets people who don’t speak German sell on Kleinanzeigen (then eBay Kleinanzeigen): the AI writes the German headline from the photo and the item’s condition. At the end of 2023, Glide named it one of five winning apps of the “Five Years of Glide” challenge. Read the Glide blog
